Programs of covarying genes

Genes were grouped into programs whose expression covaries locally along the lineage tree (using Hotspot). The heatmap shows the local correlation between every pair of genes; colored strips mark each gene's program. Choose a program from the dropdown, or click its strip, to zoom in and see individual gene names alongside its UMAP, description, and full gene list.
